Job Summary

Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Beni-Suef, Egypt, seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and ensure the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead production teams, manage resources efficiently, and contribute to the company's continuous operational improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Factory Manager on production activities, performance, and production statistics.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the production department and supervise production teams.
• Ensure manufacturing processes operate reliably, efficiently, and safely.
• Plan, organize, and adjust production schedules to meet business requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across production processes.
• Monitor and oversee all production operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate production challenges and operational issues to management promptly.
• Improve productivity while reducing manufacturing costs and minimizing waste.
• Set productivity targets and performance goals for production teams.
• Develop and implement workflow policies and procedures to enhance efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Organize and facilitate relevant training programs for production staff.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from production planning through execution.
• Optimize the utilization of materials, machinery, consumables, and manpower to maximize output.
• Coordinate production activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Make informed decisions regarding production scheduling and operational adjustments.
• Motivate, mentor, and provide leadership to production personnel.
• Implement production tracking systems and quality control measures.

Key Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the cement or chemical industry is highly preferred.
