NEXT Recruitment and Consulting is a privately held company founded by Magan Smith in 2015.  Next handles boutique recruiting requests from its home base in Omaha, Nebraska or from far-flung ports aboard her sailing office known as SV Pellucidar.  Positions accepted are described as General/Executive but for its limited slate of favored clients NEXT handles a widely ranging scope of business nationwide.
