Your Role

As a Recruiter at MCO, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to source, engage, and secure exceptional talent for roles critical to our growth, including marketing, sales, and product. Using your expertise and our recruitment software, Manatal, youll ensure a seamless hiring process that attracts candidates who align with our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.

Role Specialization: Recruit for a variety of roles, focusing on marketing, sales, and product, ensuring the right fit for each team.

Candidate Experience: Create a positive and professional candidate journey, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the process.

Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and strategize hiring approaches.

Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage Manatal to track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Employer Branding: Champion MCOs brand in the job market, showcasing our culture, mission, and remote working lifestyle.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in roles across marketing, sales, and product.

Proven Results: A demonstrated ability to attract and hire top-tier talent in competitive markets.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment software like Manatal or similar ATS tools.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
