Our mission is to empower students and recent graduates to transform their aspirations into reality by securing coveted consulting roles at top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG and more.

Our team is made up of former consultants & recruiters who spent time at the same firms we help our clients get jobs at.

Our history begins with our founder, Davis, who was born in a Vietnamese refugee family. Davis started life living in one of the poorest communities in the United States and finished his high school from what was called “ the worst school district in the United States.” He ended up receiving a full scholarship to one of the top colleges in the United States (Yale), graduated, and started at Bain & Company, one of the top management consulting firms in the world.

Davis wanted to pay it forward and create opportunities for others. With that purpose and objective in mind, he started his personal project to help students while he was working at Bain and other management consulting firms. By sharing his experiences in getting into consulting, he could help others who are less fortunate and don’t have the resources and network to get into one of the most sought-after careers. This was the start of My Consulting Offer before we even had a name.

What started as one person’s passion for helping people land their dream jobs has quickly grown into a global team of over 20 full-time team members and over 50 coaches and mentors.

With a global footprint spanning 5 continents, we've helped over 800 individuals kickstart their consulting careers, with 90% of our clients landing a career in consulting.

And we're just getting started.
