Project Assistant (PMO)
Job Description:
Your tasks
- Coordination of the cooperation between individual sub-projects and, if necessary, takeover of a sub-project
- Control and documentation of milestones
- Planning and control of sections in the project
- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings (e.g. creation and coordination of documents, dispatch of documents, coordination of the agenda, moderation)
- Presentations, eg preparation of results and creation of presentations, protocols, project plans, and reports
- Support in creating templates (status reports, checklists, etc.)
- Organization of document filing
- Administration and processing of authorization concepts
- Participation in process optimization
- Consolidate, review and manage feedback and information
Your profile
- University degree or successfully completed specialist training
- Professional experience in the Project Management Office (PMO), ideally in the automotive or IT environment
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and problems and to think outside the box
- Confident use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Very good communication and analytical skills
- High service and customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
- Structured, conscientious, and responsible way of working
Fluency in spoken and written English
