Project Assistant (PMO)

 Job Description:

Your tasks

  • Coordination of the cooperation between individual sub-projects and, if necessary, takeover of a sub-project
  • Control and documentation of milestones
  • Planning and control of sections in the project
  • Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings (e.g. creation and coordination of documents, dispatch of documents, coordination of the agenda, moderation)
  • Presentations, eg preparation of results and creation of presentations, protocols, project plans, and reports
  • Support in creating templates (status reports, checklists, etc.)
  • Organization of document filing
  • Administration and processing of authorization concepts
  • Participation in process optimization
  • Consolidate, review and manage feedback and information

Your profile

  • University degree or successfully completed specialist training
  • Professional experience in the Project Management Office (PMO), ideally in the automotive or IT environment
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and problems and to think outside the box
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Very good communication and analytical skills
  • High service and customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
  • Structured, conscientious, and responsible way of working

Fluency in spoken and written English
