Your tasks

• Management of complex IT projects and project teams
• Creation of project plans and work orders
• Creation of concepts and moderation of sessions
• Updating PM documents and status reports
• Responsibility for the creation of defined deliverables (costs, deadlines, functionality/quality)
• Agreement and coordination with all parties involved (internal and external)
• Set up customer projects independently together with the account management and prepare all necessary information for the preparation of offers

Your profile

• Successfully completed IT training or studies in the field of computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the successful management of IT projects
• Experience in creating project documents and dealing with quality management
• Very good knowledge and practical experience with PM methods such as HERMES, PRINCE2, etc.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Project)
• Customer-oriented, result-oriented, responsible, and able to deal with conflict
• Independent work, networked thinking with a strong understanding of communication and information
• Fluent communication in German (written and oral), and other languages ​​are an advantage
• Competent appearance towards customers as well as internally
• Willingness to travel in German-speaking countries
