ServiceNow Administrator

 Job Description:

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for managing the ServiceNow system and ensuring that customers are able to log in, access their information and perform their jobs. This position will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Monitoring and maintaining the ServiceNow instance

  1. Ensuring that the system is secure and not vulnerable to security breaches
  2. Running backups and performing system maintenance on a regular basis
  3. Responding to outages or emergency situations
  4. Providing customer service by answering questions related to logging in, accessing information, or performing jobs
  5. Providing training or support when needed
  6. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
  7. Requirements:
  8. Minimum of 3 years experience working as a System Administrator
  9. Experience with ServiceNow administration is highly desired
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical background, with experience in networking, SQL databases, or other related fields
