Job Description:
Essential Job Functions
- Understanding of Operations Risk Management
• 6-10 years experience with Problem Management module in ServiceNow & basic SharePoint workflow functionality
• Skilled in Excel and ServiceNow reporting
• Attention to detail
• Stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Follows direction and is open to learn about Risk Management process
• Ability to regular follow-ups to ensure the task assigned is systemically recorded and followed through the completion, within the timeframe set
• Prepare reports, summarize and highlight issues as they arise
• Independent worker with ability to work virtually in a global team, both productively and effectively
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Qualifications
- Ability to provide training/assistance to stakeholders on technical or process queries as needed
• Willingness to complete basic troubleshooting of issues with tooling execution (in SharePoint and ServiceNow)
• Readiness to take technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken
