Experienced Real Estate Agent / Closer – Cyprus

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Closer to join a growing real estate team in Cyprus.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Cyprus property market, excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage clients and successfully close property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified leads and prospective property buyers or investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations and viewings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through the sales process
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Cyprus property market, available developments and current opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the transaction process

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is required
• Proven negotiation and closing abilities
• Fluent in both Greek and English
• Excellent communication and client-management skills
• Strong understanding of the Cyprus real estate market
• Professional, confident and results-oriented approach
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
