Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and other drinks to high standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards behind the bar.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the bar is properly prepared for service.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
