Key Responsibilities:

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and issue receipts.
• Assist guests with billing enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to support smooth daily operations.
