Our client is seeking two Low to Mid Volume Technicians based in Mthatha to service clients across Mount Frere, Butterworth, and surrounding Transkei areas.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of low to mid volume multifunction printers (colour and mono) while ensuring high service standards and strong client relationships.

This role requires a technically capable, reliable, and customer-focused individual who is comfortable travelling within the region and working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair low to mid volume printers and multifunction devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Provide technical support to customers on-site
• Ensure devices are operational and performing optimally
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Travel to various client sites across the Transkei region

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid drivers licence
• Experience working with low to mid volume colour and mono printers
• Basic IT knowledge, including networking and connectivity
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills
