Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development

  • Lead the development and execution of a robust sales strategy targeting high-value clients within the Logistics and HR Solutions sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, leveraging your established network to drive new business opportunities.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on long-term revenue growth and sustainability.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead efforts to secure large-scale, high-value contracts and partnerships across the group.
  • Strategically grow the groups footprint by expanding client spend through customized logistics and HR solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key senior stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maximize client retention.

Executive Reporting & Market Insights

  • Provide detailed, actionable insights through regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
  • Present strategic recommendations, competitive analysis, and business trends to senior management, influencing decision-making at the executive level.

Consultative Sales Leadership

  • Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and deliver bespoke solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to craft innovative solutions that address client pain points and drive value.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices to improve sales processes, client engagement, and service delivery.
  • Drive group-wide initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, sales effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 7-10 years of senior sales or business development experience, ideally within the Logistics and HR Solutions sectors, with a history of closing large-scale deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics operations, HR services, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Network: Established relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers within relevant industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) for reporting and presentations.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Performance-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
