Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security & Investigations Officer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both security and investigations, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and writing detailed reports.
- Monitor and analyze security systems and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and personnel.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed to address security concerns and incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommend solutions.
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in security and investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working with law enforcement and other agencies.
- Proficiency in security software and systems.
- Valid security license or certification.
