Overview:

As a Conversational AI Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted partner to our clients enterprise customers, leading conversational AI projects with excellence. Working closely with our Conversational AI R&D team and our clients, you will ensure seamless integrations and implementation of our technologies to the highest standards. You will oversee a range of customer integrations, from wide-scale environments to bespoke solutions, and provide invaluable guidance to our internal R&D teams to meet all customer requirements effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale conversational AI projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well-engineered, tested, and documented software libraries and applications using Java 8, Linux, and MySQL.
  • Provide architectural designs and guidance to engineers for implementing use cases.
  • Manage code promotion through all environments and provide weekly release notes to clients.
  • Develop shell scripts to assist engineers in log error analysis across multiple nodes.
  • Act as the central coordinator for all technical aspects of the project, serving as the primary interface between global Conversational AI teams and the client.
  • Run client configuration and integration streams with on-site teams, coordinating with global Conversational AI teams to address client requirements.
  • Support global SIA and Conversational AI teams by collaborating with client IT teams.
  • Gather client training requirements for post-rollout platform operation and facilitate client capability building.
  • Translate use cases into robust requirements prior to each sprint, focusing on value maximization and leveraging Conversational AI technology strengths.
  • Document deployment conclusions and set the general direction for subsequent work streams.
  • Prepare training materials for client capability building and platform usability, administering web-based and instructor-led training sessions.
  • Continuously track client expectations across all applicable work streams throughout the project lifecycle and operations.
  • Monitor and report on CSAT, MTTD, velocity, and delivered business value to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience leading and implementing software or virtual infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Java/Groovy, Linux, and MySQL is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges using solution/design thinking.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing daily work efforts and mitigating risks effectively.
  • End-to-end technical experience in design, engineering, testing, DevOps, and support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering stakeholder reports and client-facing documents.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
