Financial Manager

Overview

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, audits, inventory management, and the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting of Monthly Management Accounts
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
• Overseeing of audits
• Reviewing of Debtors, creditors and stock
• Overseeing monthly inventory stock counts
• Compiling import orders
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholder
• Other duties reasonably expected of a Financial Manager and as deemed fit by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial planning
• Experience with financial software and systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
