Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of interior design and design management services, including concept design, feasibility studies, interior decoration, schematics, design development, coordination, procurement, work supervision, and certification.
• Assist with on-site installation and supervision to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, contract documents, professional standards, health and safety regulations, and codes of practice, implementing corrections as needed.
• Maintain project quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, applying rectifications to meet quality standards.
• Participate in project and technical meetings.
• Contribute to the development of BIM within the Interior department and the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Advanced diploma or recognized qualification in interior design from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in interior design draughting, ideally across diverse projects such as hospitality, residential, or commercial.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, legislation, and practices in Malta.
• Passion for design with expertise in integrated interior architecture and proficiency in multiple media (hand sketching to advanced digital tools) for developing and communicating ideas.
• Proficiency in Revit (required); proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation software is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment, and deliver projects efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, influencing skills, assertiveness, and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a measured approach to decision-making for efficient outcomes.

• Valid driving license for site inspections
