CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN STONE CRUSHERS & CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for our range of stone crushers and conveyor systems. This role involves on-site support, remote troubleshooting, and training customers on equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for stone crushers and conveyor systems, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform on-site inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Offer remote troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through problem resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend equipment upgrades and spare parts.
- Document service visits, issue reports, and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant experience).
- Experience in heavy machinery maintenance and support, preferably in stone crushers, conveyor systems, or related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support.
- A valid drivers license.
