CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN STONE CRUSHERS & CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

 Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for our range of stone crushers and conveyor systems. This role involves on-site support, remote troubleshooting, and training customers on equipment usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for stone crushers and conveyor systems, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Perform on-site inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Offer remote troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through problem resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend equipment upgrades and spare parts.
  • Document service visits, issue reports, and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant experience).
  • Experience in heavy machinery maintenance and support, preferably in stone crushers, conveyor systems, or related equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support.
  • A valid drivers license.
