Vehicle Warranty Sales Agent

 Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Agent to serve as a strong brand ambassador, driving market growth by promoting and selling vehicle warranty products. The ideal candidate will achieve success by effectively educating customers on the benefits of the offerings, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive policy sales and maximize monthly written premiums while maintaining compliance and a customer-focused approach.
  • Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to the Company's lead providers and customers.
  • Execute the sales process with expertise, diligence, and integrity.
  • Maximize each lead by offering and selling additional products when available.
  • Use effective interpersonal skills and communication techniques to secure customer acceptance of products.
  • Accurately identify customer needs by asking insightful questions and actively listening.
  • Match product benefits to customer needs, demonstrating how the product fulfills their requirements.
  • Address customer objections effectively by providing appropriate and thoughtful responses.
  • Strive to develop expertise in the field through observation, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
  • Continuously improve by practicing and refining skills in areas identified for development.
  • Share ideas and insights with the team to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Stay self-motivated, maintain high productivity, and effectively manage time while working remotely.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • RE5 (must have),
  • FETC: Short-term Insurance NQF4 or higher (must have)
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., DOFA period, FAIS Fit & Proper) 
  • 2 years of call centre sales experience
  • 1 year of Warranty/VAPS experience (essential) 
  • Fluent in English (essential) plus proficiency in one other official language.
