Sales Representative
Job Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for, but not limited to, setting objectives, managing sales activities to drive revenue growth, preparing monthly forecasting reports, meeting targets, and ensuring smooth budget management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing and expanding the customer base.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to broaden the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
- Promote products and drive sales to all hardware retailers in the Gauteng region, identifying and engaging potential customers to boost sales.
- Manage and oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Lead and coordinate all sales activities at local and regional levels.
- Prepare sales budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance using key quantitative metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
- Identify emerging market trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans for specific territories.
- Report to senior management and provide weekly progress updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
