What You'll Do:
In this full-time role, you'll take on a blend of administrative, PR/marketing, and commercial responsibilities:
Administrative Role:
- Handle daily tasks to support the Senior Partner for Business Development (SP-BD) and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with client communications via email, phone, and websites.
- Manage scheduling, meeting follow-ups, and other tasks using office software.
- Support senior staff by establishing technical standards and procedures, ensuring effective communication across disciplines.
- Keep senior team members informed of key decisions and flag any misalignments to align with company and client goals.
PR and Marketing Role:
- Support marketing strategies, organize promotional events, and assist with digital/traditional campaigns.
- Prepare presentations, marketing collateral, brochures, press releases, and online content for the company website and social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate analytics (social media, web rankings) and organize photo/video shoots of projects.
- Write press releases, create newsletters (client-focused and internal), and submit projects for industry awards.
- Seek creative collaboration opportunities, pro-bono work, and community engagement initiatives.
Commercial Role:
- Respond to client inquiries about services professionally and promptly.
- Assist in preparing fee proposals, following up with clients, and managing small projects from start to finish.
- Support business development efforts, including account management, client feedback, and operational contacts.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients/stakeholders and represent the company in meetings.
- Contribute to proposal bids and marketing efforts in existing and new markets.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (architecture preferred), or extensive relevant experience.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, legislation, and practices (Malta and international), with technical and commercial insight into real estate and infrastructure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A valid driving license.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail, assertiveness, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Analytical decision-making skills and a proactive, efficient approach.
