Your mission will be to train their Conversational AI to be a digital employee, unleashing human creativity and delivering unparalleled business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Map out the conversational interaction between users, our Conversational AI, and back-end systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with high-profile clients across industries to understand business processes and customer pain points, providing guidance and recommendations.
  • Facilitate and lead discovery sessions and interviews with clients to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Review client chat logs, transcripts, recordings, and research to enhance implementations.
  • Develop conversational copy, crafting dialogue that humanizes Conversational AI interactions.
  • Assist in training various aspects of Conversational AI to improve natural language understanding.
  • Work closely with cognitive engineers to refine conversation flow and suggest process enhancements.
  • Drive continual process improvement, measurement, and benchmarking, with the aim of scaling solutions across industries.
  • Apply and maintain consistency in content standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in user experience or digital content roles.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering user flows, storyboards, or content strategy.
  • Experience with new and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and VR.
  • Proven track record of working directly with clients and senior leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Strong writing or editorial experience.
