CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR SANDTON

 Job Description:

We are assisting our client in the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Sandton. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier customer service to merchants and assisting in the showroom, specializing in bathroom ware and sanitary ware. The role will involve managing internal sales duties, including creating quotes/orders and addressing customer inquiries related to bathroom and sanitary ware products. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of accuracy and professionalism, maintaining strong relationships with both merchants and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Sales

    • Process orders and quotes for bathroom ware and sanitary ware products using the system.
    • Liaise with the warehouse on deliveries and collections of products.
    • Check stock availability and lead times with the logistics manager and suppliers.
    • Manage deliveries, invoicing, and follow-ups on accounts/payments.
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and product requests related to bathroom and sanitary ware.
    • Issue quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure correct documentation for bathroom products.
    • Follow up on orders, backorders, and customer updates.
    • Assist in receiving deliveries at the office.
    • Handle incoming customer queries efficiently regarding bathroom ware and sanitary products.
  • Showroom Assistance

    • Assist showroom customers with bathroom ware and sanitary products and issue quotes.
    • Follow up on quotes issued for bathroom and sanitary ware products.
    • Assist with technical issues and product specifications related to bathroom installations.
    • Schedule and coordinate service calls with technicians, ensuring follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
