Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and goals.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining brand reputation, executing marketing campaigns, managing relationships with partners, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally to enhance brand visibility and creating strategies that drive partner loyalty and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
experience in global distribution markets is a plus
- 2+ years' experience in IT distribution / vendor management / tech marketing
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of: Infrastructure (storage, servers, cybersecurity)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-country operations
- Vendor relationship management experience
Requirements
- Marketing and Branding: Proficiency in brand management, marketing strategy development, and managingpromotional campaigns
- Data and Market Analysis: Strong data analysis, market research, and business intelligence skills
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Technology Expertise: Understanding of medical technology, SaaS, enterprise IT solutions, and cybersecurity
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Proven experience in leading teams, developing loyalty programs, and executing strategic initiatives
- Define and execute brand strategies for assigned vendors
Work closely with vendors (EMEA teams) on:
- Marketing plans
- Campaigns
- Quarterly targets
- Drive channel marketing initiatives:
- Webinars
- Partner events
- Lead generation campaigns
- Support sales teams with:
- Pitch materials
- Competitive positioning
- Manage pipeline development & vendor reporting
- Coordinate Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across Africa
