Sales Co-Ordinator
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly organised and proactive Sales Co-Ordinator to support the commercial and marketing function within a fast-paced media environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys collaboration, and is eager to grow their career in media and advertising.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and costing schedules
- Ensure proposals are accurate, visually consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines
- Support sales teams with customer documentation required for campaign bookings
Campaign Administration
- Assist with the coordination of campaign documentation and notifications
- Ensure billing packs are complete and submitted on time
- Support post-campaign reporting and proof-of-flight processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Marketing Support
- Assist with trade marketing initiatives and client engagement activities
- Support the preparation of marketing materials and client communications
- Assist with social media and digital marketing content execution where required
Relationship & Data Management
- Maintain and update client, agency, and contact lists
- Manage birthday lists and client engagement reminders
- Interact professionally with suppliers, vendors, clients, and internal teams
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma, degree, or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably within media or advertising
- Strong administrative and organisational experience
