Marketing/Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Existing GPs
-
Maintain and update existing generic proposals as requested.

Implement changes promptly and accurately to ensure materials are current.
2. New Client Sales Proposals
-
Manage the creation and development of sales presentations and proposals for both direct clients and media agencies.
-
Oversee the sales process for new business opportunities with both direct clients and media agencies.
3. Live Campaigns / Post Campaigns
-
Facilitate the proof of flighting process.
-
Prepare and maintain site bibles for active campaigns.
4. Trade Marketing
-
Collaborate with the sales team to compile trade marketing initiatives.
-
Prepare marketing materials, organize client and team events, send invitations, manage client gifting, and maintain client birthday lists.
5. Digital Marketing
-
Manage and maintain the company's social media channels.
6. Housekeeping Duties
Daily:
-
Update Teams Status Report with incoming information.
-
Update Teams Job Card when Proof of Flight (POF) is received.
-
Create new contracts (RA & PQ).
-
Prepare bespoke sales proposals.
-
Send reminders for outstanding POFs.
-
Conduct daily catch-ups with QR.
Weekly:
-
Follow up on outstanding paperwork such as POs and CIs.
-
Send reminders for outstanding POFs.
-
Update CT and JHB birthday lists.
Monthly:
-
Prepare and submit DOOH reports before the 7th of each month to the relevant salesperson.

Distribute POF site bibles to clients and agencies requesting monthly updates.
Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
