VAPS Sales Agent
Job Description:
To drive revenue growth by effectively upselling a range of value-added products to existing and prospective customers, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong sales capability, the ability to identify customer needs and position relevant solutions that enhance customer value and experience.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Bachelor's Degree (not essential but preferred)
Experience and Skills Required
- 1 year inbound/outbound call centre sales experience
- 1 year VAPS experience (beneficial)
- Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language

- Promote and sell value-added products to customers
- Deliver high-quality customer service in every interaction
