We are seeking a proactive and driven Brand & Marketing Representative to support the growth and market presence of the Company brand. This role focuses on brand development, market engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and driving brand demand through our distributor network.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach, building strong relationships with distributors and customers, and supporting overall sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the market
• Engage with specialist businesses that align with The Company's product offering
• Promote and strengthen the Company brand within target markets
• Drive customer interest and purchase intent through the distributor network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities
• Support the internal sales team with customer engagement and market intelligence
• Monitor market activity and provide feedback on opportunities, trends, and challenges
• Compile and present regular progress and activity reports to management

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or Brand Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with clients, distributors, and management at all levels
• Ability to compile and present reports effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
