Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based customers, handling enquiries, complaints, and general correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, demonstrating strong
problem-solving abilities. - Perform accurate data capturing and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with and provide support to the internal development team as required.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout.
