Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our internal customer service team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow within the automotive parts industry. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our UK customer base, delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based customers, handling enquiries, complaints, and general correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, demonstrating strong
    problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform accurate data capturing and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to the internal development team as required.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail for data capturing.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the automotive parts industry.
  • Familiarity with motor vehicle parts and terminology.
