Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate all site works for residential projects including structural, architectural, and finishing activities.
Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Oversee daily operations on-site, including manpower distribution, subcontractor coordination, and work progress.
Review construction and finishing drawings; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and control quality across civil and finishing trades: blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, carpentry, ceilings,
aluminum, and MEP coordination.
Coordinate with the technical office regarding drawings, revisions, RFIs, and material submittals.
Manage material requests and deliveries; ensure proper storage and usage.
Prepare daily site reports, including progress updates, delays, issues, and manpower logs.
Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and the internal project team.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
