Job Description:

Job Overview:

The Chief Accountant is a strategic member of the executive leadership team, responsible for

overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This includes budgeting, forecasting,

financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, reporting, and investor relations. The

CFO ensures the companys financial strength, operational efficiency, and regulatory

compliance, while contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys vision and goals.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to the Top

management and board.

Partner in the implementation of accounting and ERP systems (Odoo)

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.

Manage internal and external financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and

annual reports.

Oversee cash flow, investments, capital structure, and funding strategies.

Lead risk management efforts including financial, operational, and strategic risks.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Supervise finance and accounting teams, driving process improvements and talent

development.

Support strategic initiatives and corporate development with data-driven analysis and

financial modeling.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications a plus.

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.

Proven experience in ERP system (Odoo) and quick box.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in [Digital agencies, Media etc.] is preferred.
