Job Description:
Overview
Field Service Engineer for Industrial Packaging Machines of first-class European manufacturers.
- Machine Types: Filling & capping, labelling, sleeving, conveying systems, form-fill-and seal, and case packing machines.
- Markets: Dairy, Edible Oil, Sauces, Beverages, Home Care, Personal Care, Lube Oil, Chemicals
Key Duties
- Assembly, installation, commissioning, maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and overhauling of packaging machines
- Prepare list of spare parts and recommended actions based on technical audit
- Perform the above tasks with precision and efficiency
- Following the company and OEM working & safety guidelines
- Travelling inside and outside of Egypt
- Interventions can be for long durations (3-4 weeks)
- Writing technical reports after each intervention
- Training at our partners facilities in Europe
- On site training in Egypt & abroad
- Maintain positive relationships with customers & suppliers
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- Previous working experience as a maintenance or service engineer for 2-5 years (preferably with packaging or industrial machinery)
- Strong electro-mechanical skills and PLC knowledge: B&R, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Have a driving license & preferably owns a car
- Very Good spoken & written English
- Ready to travel and work in different locations
- Dynamic with high sense of responsibility
- Autonomous

- High work ethics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Looking for stability & ready to commit for a minimum 5 working years
