About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage end-to-end recruitment across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong regional talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate/client follow-up.
- Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends.
- Meet recruitment targets and agreed delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in Saudi Arabia and/or GCC recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
