Bachelor's degree in Law.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in corporate affairs and litigation.

Preferably a graduate of the French or English Section of a Law Faculty.

Strong knowledge of corporate law and litigation procedures.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job duties description

Handle corporate legal matters and litigation cases.

Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters.

Manage legal documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Follow up on ongoing litigation cases and coordinate with external legal advisors when required.
