- Education - Minimum: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional Qualification -Required (or in final stages of completion): - CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience
- Supervisor: 35 years in external audit.
- Assistant Manager: 46 years, with demonstrated experience leading audits (such as group audits).
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- IFRS and IAS
- ISA (International Standards on Auditing).
- Proficient in the use of audit software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Leadership & Project Management
- Proven experience in leading audit engagements.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Timely delivery of assignments, managing deadlines, and budgeting effectively.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interact with clients, management, and regulators.
- Other Preferred Qualities
- Industry specialization (e.g., financial Services, asset management, real estate, and manufacturing).
- Risk assessment and internal control evaluation experience.
- Participation in training, mentoring, or firm initiatives.
