- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Diploma or training in Contracts Management / Construction Law – Preferred
- Strong hands-on contracts administration experience may substitute for advanced education
Required Courses / Certifications
- PMP – Advantage
- Claims Management / Contract Law Courses – Preferred
- Primavera P6 (basic understanding) – Advantage
