Job Description:
Supervise day-to-day site activities for commercial projects, including offices, retail, restaurants, and showrooms.
Implement project plans and ensure works are executed in line with approved shop drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams for civil, MEP, and finishing trades.
Monitor and ensure quality execution of fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, cladding, painting, lighting, and signage
installation.
Follow up with the technical office on drawings, revisions, RFIs, and material approvals.
Maintain daily site records: progress updates, issues, manpower, and material usage.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any site-related delays or obstacles.
Attend site meetings with consultants, designers, and clients to align on design intent and solve technical issues.
Ensure implementation of safety protocols and compliance with local authority regulations.
Support the handover process by managing snag lists, conducting final inspections, and ensuring documentation is complete.
