Job Description:

1. Payroll Processing

Accurately prepare, process, and review payroll for all employees (salaried and hourly) on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Verify timekeeping data, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

Review and approve payroll calculations performed by junior team members.

2. Compliance and Reporting

Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Prepare and file payroll tax reports and other statutory submissions.

Assist in audits (internal and external) by providing payroll records and reconciliations.

Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

Resolve discrepancies related to pay, benefits, and deductions promptly.

Reconcile payroll accounts and general ledger entries.

Prepare payroll reports for finance, HR, and management review.
