Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (8 hours), Friday & Saturday Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple outsourcing services (Payroll, Recruitment, Accounting, Cybersecurity, AI, and Serviced Offices).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads, potential industries, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to address client needs.
- Present and pitch services effectively to decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, including experience in outsourcing services, HR, IT solutions, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of sales tools & navigators (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, etc.).
- Experience in selling services (not products) with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent in English (spoken & written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing and professional services market in Egypt and the GCC market.
