1. Candidate Requirements

• Number of Vacancies: 5–6 security.
• Maximum Age: Between 35 and 38 years old.
• Education: Candidates must be able to read and write; a university degree is not mandatory.
• Location Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work outside Cairo.

2. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: EGP 8,000–14,000 Net, depending on the interview results and candidate evaluation.
• Transportation: Provided by the company.
• Meal Allowance: Provided by the company.

3. Working Hours & Shifts

• Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

4. Interview Process

• The next step will be an on-site interview at the company premises in Obour City.
• Once candidates are shortlisted, their profiles will be shared promptly for review.
• Candidate profiles may initially be shared as CVs for convenience; however, all shortlisted candidates will also be recorded in an Excel sheet.

5. Coordination & Next Steps

• Interview invitations will be sent to candidates via WhatsApp or email.
• The final interview slots will be confirmed by email.
• We will ensure that candidates are comfortable with the work location, transportation arrangements, meal allowance, and working schedule before proceeding.
