Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) / Construction Management – Mandatory
  • Specialization or proven experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying – Required
  • Strong hands-on cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization

  • PMP – Advantage
  • Cost Control / Estimation Courses – Preferred
  • Primavera P6 – Preferred
