Job Description:
Oversee and manage daily site operations for all finishing trades, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project schedules.
Supervise subcontractors and site workers to ensure proper implementation of works (gypsum, painting, flooring, cladding, ceilings, joinery,
lighting, etc.).
Ensure all work complies with technical drawings, specifications, and franchise brand standards (where applicable).
Coordinate and follow up with project consultants and interior designers to resolve site queries, obtain approvals, and align on design intent.
Represent the site team in meetings with consultants and designers to discuss technical issues, RFIs, and changes.
Coordinate with the technical office to ensure proper implementation of shop drawings and site instructions.
Ensure proper execution of franchise-related commercial requirements (finishes, branding elements, furniture layouts, etc.).
Track and report project progress, highlighting delays, technical concerns, or material issues.
Support the commercial and procurement teams by providing accurate site measurements, variations, and technical inputs.
Attend inspections and handover processes with consultants, designers, and clients.
Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with local codes and authority requirements
