Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage luxury interior fit-out works with focus on fine finishing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, craftsmen, and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Ensure design details are executed as per approved drawings and materials.
- Manage on-site installations, including marble, wood, joinery, and decorative finishes.
- Handle site measurements, quality checks, and approvals.
- Solve technical and practical challenges during installations.
- Report progress and requirements to project management.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (not Civil Engineering).
- Preferred universities: MSA, MUST, AAST, Cairo University, Faculty of Fine Arts Helwan University.
- Minimum 34 years hands-on experience in high-end finishing and fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related site tools.
- Strong portfolio of luxury finishing works.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Car owner (mandatory).

Working Conditions

- Days/Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Hybrid model)
