Key Responsibilities
- Lead all HR operations at the plant level, ensuring seamless coordination with Head Office HR.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for staff and contractual workforce.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage performance appraisal and competency development processes.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and handle disciplinary matters.
- Partner with plant leadership to support productivity, retention, and workforce stability.
- Prepare HR budgets, MIS, and manpower reports for management review.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and HRIS management.
- Champion health, safety, and ethical workplace practices.
