  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering – Preferred
  • Strong structural design and engineering management experience may substitute for postgraduate studies

Required Courses / Certifications

  • Professional Engineering Certification (if available) – Preferred
  • PMP – Advantage
  • Structural Design Software (SAP2000) – Required (practical experience)
