Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content strategy to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in developing and managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring ROI on campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ex E-commerce industry or retail experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience using Shopify.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
