Key Requirements – Products Registration Senior Specialist
1. Professional requirements
a. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
b. 1-3 years of regulatory experience (Preferred)
c. Any regulatory certification (Preferred)
2. Technical and Documentation Skills
a. Skilled in data verification, documents/scientific data review, and dossier
preparation.
b. Good documentation control and archiving discipline.
c. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to ensure full compliance.
d. Very good in MS Office, Adobe Reader.
e. Comfortable with digital tools and adaptable across different software
platforms, able to learn and navigate platforms/systems independently with
minimal guidance.
3. Coordination and Project Management
a. Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Private Label Team,
suppliers).
b. Ensures on-time execution/submissions in alignment with requested timelines.
c. Tracks and reports on progress/registration status, timelines.
4. Personal traits
a. Communication:
i.
Strong communication with Suppliers, Private label team, Authorities
ii.
Can understand inquiries, prepare and respond effectively.
b. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
i.
Addresses challenges and proposes practical, compliant solutions.
ii.
Can deal with complex cases. (Preferred)
c. Leadership
i.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership of deliverables.
With a genuine drive for continuous learning and staying current with
evolving regulatory requirements/regulations.
5. Regulatory Expertise (Preferred not a must)
a. knowledge of SFDA or SABER registration systems (cosmetics, food
supplements, medical devices).
b. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in any territory/country.
c. Proven experience in preparing, submitting, and maintaining regulatory dossiers
or any similar field.
