Job Description:
Main Job Purpose:
To execute and manage organic social media activities by handling content scheduling, community engagement,
and performance reporting. This role supports the overall digital marketing and social media strategy through
timely and engaging content, active platform management, and continuous collaboration with internal and external
teams to drive digital growth and engagement.
Accountability:
Schedule and publish content across all active social media platforms in alignment with the approved
content calendar.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare regular reports highlighting content
effectiveness, engagement trends, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with creative and paid media teams to ensure social media activities are integrated with
broader digital marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity; recommend
innovative content ideas to enhance user engagement.
Support influencer and brand collaboration activities by coordinating content deliverables and ensuring
alignment with campaign goals.
Submit briefs for social media visuals or short-form videos to the creative team or agency, ensuring
content is aligned with objectives.
Maintain platform hygiene (e.g., updating bios, links, pinning posts, tagging products where applicable).
Monitor influencer-generated content and ensure timely delivery and tagging
Use best practices in captions, hashtags, and tagging to improve visibility and engagement.
