- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management – Mandatory
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering – Preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in commercial and cost management may compensate for academic specialization

- PMP – Advantage
- Primavera P6 – Preferred
