  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management – Mandatory
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering – Preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience in commercial and cost management may compensate for academic specialization

  • FIDIC Training –Advantage
  • PMP – Advantage
  • Primavera P6 – Preferred
  • Cost Control / Estimation Courses – Preferred
