Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs and objectives.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present value delivered, gather feedback, and outline growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the Product team to relay client feedback and support the development of product improvements.
