Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful product implementation.

  • Track client usage and performance metrics to drive engagement, address concerns proactively, and maximize product value.

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs and objectives.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present value delivered, gather feedback, and outline growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to relay client feedback and support the development of product improvements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position and communicate product value.
